January 10th (Sat.) 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
January 13th (Tues.) 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
January 17th (Sat.)10:00 am to 12:00 pm

ADDITIONAL SIBLINGS WILL RECEIVE A DISCOUNT
Late sign-ups will be held during the 1st try-out ONLY with a $25.00 late
sign-up fee.
PLAYERS must be between 5-1/2 and 12 years-old by July 31,
2004
Please provide the following at the time of registration:
*Proof of Residence (current utility bill)
*Certificate of Live Birth (original or certified copy)
2004 TRY-OUTS
Saturday, January 24 (8:00 am - 3:00 pm)
Try-outs will be at 8:00 am, 9:30 am, 11:00 am & 12:30 pm in groups
of 25
&
Saturday, January 31 and Saturday, February 7 (9:00 am-12:30 pm)
Try-outs will be at 8:00 am, 9:30 am & 11:00 am in groups of 25
All try-outs will be held at the Orcutt National Major ("A") League
field.
All players 9 years-old and older must attend at least one try-out session.
Returning Major ("A") league players are not required to try-out.

MANDATORY GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
